LATEST STORM UPDATE:
The center of 19W is located 275 miles east-northeast of Manila, Philippines, moving to the northwest at 15 knots with maximum sustained winds of 140 miles per hour.
The center of 19W is forecast to move to the northwest towards a landfall in the extreme northern Philippines on Saturday, and then turn sharply to the southwest while weakening.
